FOR SINGING OUT LOUD! is a singing group for unpaid carers only. Anyone who is looking after a friend or family member, or is still finding their feet after a spell of caring is welcome to join us.

You don't need to have sung in a choir before or be able to read music. You might even think you can't sing! That doesn't matter. All you need is the courage to come along and give it a go.

Here's what to expect:

• Lots of fun!
• Open access (any unpaid carer can join us)
• No auditions
• No written music (all the songs are taught by ear)
• Singing for the love of it and the joy of making a beautiful sound
• Supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere
• Musical and vocal development
• Songs from around the world
• Occasional song-shares/performances, but no pressure to take part

It's not an exaggeration to say that singing can change your life. We are a friendly and supportive group and always work to create a wonderful sound. The only rule we have is: no judging your own voice or other people's.

Where, When And How Much?

When:            We meet every Thursday, from 11.30 - to 1.30 pm.

                      The dates for the current term are as follows:

                      April: 27; May: 4, 11, 18, 25; June: 8 

Where:            The Uniting Church Hall, Sketty Park Road (opposite Bishop Gore School, car parking on site)                    

How Much:      The sessions are FREE. Voluntary donations welcome.
